Key Requirements
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Degree
Professional certification in CPA or ACCA (or both)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial accounting
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to perform complex bank and account reconciliations
Strong analytical skills and attention to numerical accuracy
Experience in preparing statutory financial statements
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
