OPERATIONS MANAGER @ SEWASIMILARA
Sewasimilara is a leading fashion brand dedicated to excellence in production and client experience. We are currently seeking a high-performing Operations Manager to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This is an on-site, full-time role that requires a strategic thinker capable of driving structure, efficiency, and growth across the entire business. You will be responsible for the full order lifecycle, from initial inquiry through to production and final delivery, ensuring that every piece meets our strict quality standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact business growth and take full ownership of end-to-end operations.

You will manage client communications, track sales pipelines, and optimize CRM tools like Trello to streamline workflows. Financial compliance is also a key part of the position, as you will monitor payments before production begins. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can deliver weekly performance reports and contribute directly to the brand's revenue growth. Compensation for this role is ₦300,000 per month.

Key Requirements
3–5+ years experience in operations or project management.
Prior experience in fashion, retail, or similar fast-paced environments.
Strong project management and execution skills.
Proven ability to take ownership without supervision.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Commercially aware with an understanding of sales and revenue impact.
Confident managing people, processes, and strict timelines.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Trello and CRM systems.
Proactive, solution-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Availability to work Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00pm) and Saturdays (9:00am to 2:00pm).
