QA/QC ENGINEER – MECHANICAL @ SES MECHANICAL CONTRACTING LLC
SES Mechanical Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with a mechanical background to join our Oil & Gas/EPC operations. This role requires a professional with significant experience in mechanical inspection, documentation, and compliance with international quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes to ensure that mechanical installations meet project specifications.
Daily responsibilities include managing material inspections, coordinating with third-party inspectors, and maintaining detailed quality documentation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EPC projects and be able to manage non-conformance reports effectively. Immediate availability in the UAE is a key requirement for this position.

Key Requirements
8–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects
Strong knowledge of mechanical inspection, documentation, and quality compliance
Review of welding procedures and operator certifications
Experience in material verification and traceability management
Proven ability to coordinate with third-party inspectors and clients
Competency in monitoring and resolving non-conformance reports (NCRs)
Deep knowledge of international codes such as ASME and API
Participation in internal and external quality audits
Expertise in the preparation of final quality dossiers and handover books
Must be readily available in the UAE for immediate joining
