An exciting opportunity to drive corporate business growth within Serena Hotels has emerged. We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Sales Manager to represent Arusha Serena Hotel and Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across key market segments, including corporate, government, NGO, airline, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). The successful candidate will play a key part in strengthening the hotel's market presence and building long-term client relationships to ensure sustainable revenue performance. The primary work locations for this role include Arusha and Lake Manyara.

The role is based at the Arusha Serena Hotel, but the manager will also oversee initiatives for the Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with the broader marketing team to align strategies with corporate goals. Candidates should possess a strong background in hospitality sales and a results-oriented mindset to thrive in this competitive environment.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management. Proven experience in corporate sales within the luxury hospitality industry. Strong network and existing relationships within the corporate, NGO, and government sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools for data-driven decision making. Willingness to travel between Arusha and Lake Manyara properties as required. Deep understanding of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) market segment. Strong leadership skills to drive business growth and enhance market presence. Fluency in English and Swahili is highly preferred for local client engagement.
