Sensei College is looking for a dedicated Plumbing Instructor to join our Nakuru campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality practical and theoretical training to students, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills for the modern workforce. You will manage workshop activities, evaluate student performance, and maintain a safe learning environment.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Plumbing or a related engineering field
Previous teaching or training experience in a TVET institution
Strong practical skills in pipe installation and maintenance
Proficiency in blueprint reading and plumbing design
Pedagogy or Training of Trainers (ToT) certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and mentor students in a workshop setting
Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
Familiarity with CDACC curriculum or equivalent frameworks
Integrity and passion for youth empowerment through skills
