This specialized role focuses on training students to maintain and repair heavy construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, and rollers. You will provide critical hands-on training that prepares students for lucrative careers in the construction and mining sectors.

Key Requirements
Specialization in Construction Plant Mechanics or Heavy Equipment
Extensive experience in maintaining earthmoving and construction machinery
Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems
Previous experience as a technical trainer or instructor
ToT certification from a recognized TVET regulatory body
Deep understanding of safety regulations regarding heavy plant equipment
Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostic skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple lessons
Strong record-keeping and student assessment skills
Passion for empowering youth through specialized technical skills
