VP/DIRECTOR – REVENUE & INSTITUTIONAL SALES @ SELECT GLOBAL
This leadership role in Ghana focuses on leading student enrollment growth and building new revenue streams through institutional partnerships. As the VP/Director of Revenue & Institutional Sales, you will be responsible for scaling the organization's footprint in the education sector.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in sales leadership, specifically within institutional sales or higher education.
Proven success in driving student enrollment growth and achieving revenue targets.
Experience in building and scaling institutional partnerships in West Africa.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify new revenue streams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for high-level networking.
Data-driven approach to sales management and market analysis.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Education Management.
Ability to lead and mentor a sales team across various regions.
Understanding of the educational regulatory environment in Ghana.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scaling business operations.
