PLANT FINANCE MANAGER – CEMENT @ SELECT GLOBAL SOLUTIONS
The Plant Finance Manager for the Cement division in Ethiopia is responsible for managing all plant-level financial activities, including budgeting, cost control, and internal audits. This role ensures financial discipline across operations and provides critical financial insights to support the plant's strategic goals and operational efficiency. The manager will lead the finance team at the manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies. This includes preparing detailed financial reports, managing audits, and working closely with the production team to identify and mitigate financial risks while optimizing the cost structure of cement production.
Key Requirements
Qualified Accountant with CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
At least 8 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in budgeting and cost accounting.
Experience in conducting and managing financial audits.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial software.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
Strong analytical skills for financial forecasting and variance analysis.
Knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations.
Excellent communication skills to present financial data to non-finance staff.
Proven ability to enforce financial discipline and internal controls.
