PRODUCTION HEAD – CRM @ SELECT GLOBAL
We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead our Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) operations across East Africa. The role focuses heavily on overseeing PLTCM operations, with a core emphasis on production planning, yield improvement, and maintaining high standards of quality control. You will be tasked with optimizing roll grinding efficiency and ensuring that all production targets are met within budget and safety protocols.
As the Production Head, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the plant. This position requires a deep technical understanding of CRM processes and the ability to manage complex technical workflows. You will lead a dedicated team of engineers and technicians to achieve maximum operational uptime and superior product quality for the East African market.

Key Requirements
Extensive technical experience in Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) operations.
In-depth knowledge of PLTCM (Pickling Line Tandem Cold Mill) processes.
Proven track record in production planning and resource scheduling.
Strong expertise in yield improvement and waste reduction strategies.
Demonstrated experience in managing quality control departments.
Technical proficiency in roll grinding efficiency and machinery maintenance.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing large production teams.
