Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management.
Strong exposure and deep understanding of the Tanzanian local market.
Proven experience in driving large-scale hiring across diverse functions.
Ability to scale recruitment from a launch phase to a nationwide footprint.
Expertise in building and implementing onboarding and workforce planning processes.
In-depth knowledge of local Tanzanian labor laws and compliance standards.
Demonstrated success in recruiting for Sales, Operations, Collections, and Commercial roles.
