CEO – FMCG @ SELECT GLOBAL
The CEO will lead a fast-growing manufacturing business within the FMCG sector in Kenya. Key Requirements
Minimum of 10-15 years of executive leadership experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in an emerging market.
Strong experience in regional business expansion and cross-border operations.
Exceptional strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities.
Deep understanding of supply chain, production, and distribution within the manufacturing industry.
Ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with the Kenyan and East African regulatory environments.
