CEO – FMCG @ SELECT GLOBAL
The CEO will lead a fast-growing manufacturing business in Kenya, taking full responsibility for driving profitability and spearheading regional expansion across East Africa. This role requires a visionary leader who can align operational goals with long-term strategic objectives while maintaining a high standard of excellence in the FMCG sector.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the business, including production, sales, and finance. You will be expected to build a strong corporate culture, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the company remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role within the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
Demonstrated ability to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Strategic thinking with a track record of successful regional expansion.
Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities to lead large teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in the Kenyan or East African market context.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments in the manufacturing industry.
