BUSINESS OPERATIONS & COMMERCIAL HEAD – STEEL @ SELECT GLOBAL
As the Business Operations & Commercial Head for a leading steel manufacturing organization in Kenya, you will own the commercial strategy and operational oversight. Key Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in senior operations or commercial roles within the manufacturing or steel industry.
Strong track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
Expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement processes.
Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant technical field.
Deep knowledge of the Kenyan industrial market and competitive landscape.
Ability to manage complex budgets and financial forecasts.
