TRAINING & CURRICULUM DESIGNER @ SEDITVICOBA
As a Training & Curriculum Designer, you will lead the development of educational materials and programs tailored to capacity building for rural women and community-managed groups. This involves researching global best practices and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content is culturally relevant.
The role also involves conducting intensive training-of-trainers (ToT) workshops to build the capacity of field officers and community leaders across Tanzania. You will be responsible for evaluating the impact of these training interventions and making iterative improvements based on learner feedback and outcomes. Your efforts will directly contribute to the long-term sustainability of the NGO's empowerment programs by ensuring that community members gain practical, actionable skills.
