PROJECT MANAGER @ SECCO (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED
SECCO (SMC-Private) Limited is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of building and civil works projects. The Project Manager will lead projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining quality standards and effective stakeholder coordination. Key responsibilities include lead project activities from initiation to completion, managing project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, procurement, and reporting. The role requires approving site-level decisions, monitoring contract compliance, and ensuring project delivery within 18 months.
The successful candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations while overseeing health, safety, and environmental compliance on site. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.
Master’s degree in Project Management (mandatory).
Minimum of 10 years’ experience supervising building and civil works projects.
Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
Familiarity with project documentation, compliance, and reporting standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead project activities from initiation to completion and handover.
Proficiency in managing project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
Experience in procurement and stakeholder coordination.
Capability to oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on site.
