REACT + .NET DEVELOPER @ SCOTT TALENT
We are seeking an experienced React + .NET Developer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This vital role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, combining robust skills in both frontend and backend development to create scalable, high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will be a full-stack engineer adept at leveraging modern technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences and reliable server-side logic. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design through implementation and deployment.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing user interfaces using React, Redux, and TypeScript, alongside building efficient, scalable APIs using .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C#. A deep understanding of database interactions (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) are essential for success. We operate using Agile methodologies, so familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development practices is crucial. We are looking for someone ready to contribute immediately and help us build something extraordinary.

Key Requirements
Strong experience (5+ years) with React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, Web API, and Entity Framework.
Experience with relational databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with building and consuming REST APIs, utilizing JSON, and implementing authentication (OAuth2/JWT).
Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
Expertise in version control systems, specifically Git.
Ability to architect and build scalable and high-performing applications.
Proven skills in problem-solving and debugging complex application issues.
Excellent communication skills for remote teamwork.
