School Pay is seeking dedicated and energetic Digital Promoters to join our team in Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Mwanza, and Zanzibar. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for driving the activation of new and existing schools within your assigned zone. You will play a crucial role in leading parent awareness and adoption campaigns, ensuring that communities understand the benefits of our platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to growing SchoolPay parent code usage and expanding our digital footprint in the education sector.
You will act as the face of the SchoolPay brand at the community level, engaging with school administrators and parents daily. This is a dynamic role that requires a passion for field work and the ability to build meaningful relationships. As a Digital Promoter, you will be expected to travel frequently within your zone to meet targets and support our mission of making school fees payment convenient for everyone.

Key Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field
1-2 years of experience in field sales, promotions, or customer engagement
Energetic and outgoing personality
Comfortable with daily field travel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Basic computer literacy for digital reporting
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving abilities in field environments
Fluency in local language skills is an added advantage
