BOARDING PARENT (HOUSE MASTER) @ SCHOOL OF STJUDE
The School of St Jude is a pioneering leader in charitable education within Africa, providing free, quality education to 1,800 students annually. We are seeking a dedicated Boarding Parent/House Master to join our team at the Smith Campus. This role is crucial in creating a supportive, safe, and nurturing environment for our students, ensuring their welfare, discipline, and academic success outside of classroom hours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing boarding routines, mentoring students, and fostering a positive, family-like atmosphere. You will play a vital role in the development of Tanzanian students by providing parental guidance, enforcing school policies, and promoting extracurricular engagement. This position requires a professional who is committed to the mission of empowering bright, underserved students through excellence in education.

Key Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling.
Minimum of three years of experience in educational management.
Must be a Tanzanian national.
Must be at least 32 years of age.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
Willingness to work overnight and during weekends.
Proven ability to act as a positive role model for teenagers.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Clinical or nursing experience is considered an added advantage.
