SENIOR GUIDEWIRE POLICYCENTER SAAS DEVELOPER / TEST LEAD @ SCALABLE SYSTEMS
The Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter SaaS Developer / Test Lead is a high-impact role designed for experienced professionals to drive excellence in Guidewire Cloud implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing robust PolicyCenter solutions, ensuring that all integrations with internal and external systems are scalable and secure. This role involves developing complex product models and rating logic, as well as providing leadership through code reviews and technical mentorship for junior team members. This onsite position is available across several key locations in the United States, including Plano, TX, Indianapolis, Boston, Seattle, and Portsmouth, NH. Candidates will collaborate closely with QA teams to participate in testing activities and support Agile delivery cycles. A strong background in the P&C insurance domain and familiarity with cloud environments like AWS or Azure is highly preferred to succeed in this dynamic technical environment.
Key Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Strong expertise in Guidewire Cloud Platform (SaaS).
Hands-on experience with Gosu & Guidewire Studio.
Integration experience with REST APIs, Integration Gateway & messaging frameworks.
Experience with APD (Advanced Product Designer) & Rating Engine.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, and Jira.
Strong understanding of the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
Ability to design, configure, and implement PolicyCenter solutions on Guidewire Cloud.
Proven experience in leading code reviews and ensuring best security practices.
Excellent leadership skills for mentoring junior developers and collaborating with QA teams.
