SBC Tanzania Limited is a well-established and progressing multinational company that supplies soft drinks products nationwide. We have plants in Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, and Mbeya. Currently, our Arusha Plant seeks to urgently recruit a qualified, experienced and skilled Stores Clerk to join our operations team. The role is critical in managing inventory, ensuring efficient stock movement, and maintaining high standards of workplace hygiene and productivity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for physical verification of stock, managing daily stock records, and ensuring the seamless flow of empties and fulls to production lines. You will work closely with production managers and yard teams to reconcile stocks, declare breakages, and maintain accurate documentation. The position requires a disciplined individual capable of maintaining a clean and orderly work environment while ensuring that production lines remain uninterrupted.

Key Requirements
Form IV/VI education level
Certificate/Diploma in Procurement & Logistic Management or a related field
At least 2 years of working experience in similar responsibilities
Strong understanding of inventory control and stock reconciliation
Ability to maintain accurate physical and digital documentation
Proficiency in working with production shift officers
Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and hygiene standards
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify stock discrepancies
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong discipline and punctuality record
