We are currently seeking 10 dedicated Loan Officers to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the loan application process, conducting thorough credit risk assessments, and ensuring the sustainable growth of our loan portfolio. Successful candidates will demonstrate high levels of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellent customer service while helping our clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in microfinance, banking, or lending services is an added advantage
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good knowledge of credit risk analysis
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
