Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Valid DHA/MOH License or Eligibility (as applicable)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Specialized experience in NICU or PICU settings
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Advanced knowledge of neonatal and pediatric life support
Skill in handling specialized equipment for intensive care
Ability to provide emotional support to families in high-stress situations
Detailed documentation and reporting capabilities
