FACILITIES MANAGER @ SATURN CORPORATION LTD.
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of facilities and maintenance management. This role involves the supervision of a diverse maintenance team including Electricians, Plumbers, Masons, and Carpenters. The successful candidate will also be responsible for effective vendor and contractor management, ensuring high-quality service and compliance.
Furthermore, the Facilities Manager will engage in team leadership and stakeholder management, fostering collaborative relationships across the organization. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to supervise a maintenance team including Electricians, Plumbers, Masons, and Carpenters.
Strong skills in Vendor & Contractor Management, ensuring service quality and compliance.
Excellent capabilities in Team & Stakeholder Management, fostering collaborative relationships.
Ability to ensure operational efficiency and safety within industrial or manufacturing facilities.
Strategic approach to preventative maintenance and rapid issue response.
Proficiency in facility management software and systems.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to industrial facilities.
Budget management experience for maintenance and facility operations.
