ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER @ SARVMANAGEMENT
The Rooms Division Manager will be responsible for the seamless operation of all rooms-related departments at our luxury Zanzibar resort. This includes the Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Concierge teams. Your primary goal is to deliver an unforgettable guest experience that reflects our commitment to luxury and comfort.
You will supervise daily departmental operations, manage staff performance, and ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The role requires a proactive approach to guest relations, optimizing occupancy, and ensuring that all housekeeping and front office procedures meet international luxury brand requirements.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in Rooms Division management
Expertise in front office and housekeeping operational standards
Strong leadership skills for large team management
Excellent interpersonal and guest relation skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS)
Attention to detail in room cleanliness and maintenance
Knowledge of international luxury guest service standards
Strong analytical skills for occupancy and revenue reporting
Commitment to continuous improvement of guest satisfaction scores
