SARV Management LLC is seeking a strategic and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our premier luxury resort in Zanzibar. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel, ensuring financial performance, and upholding the highest standards of guest service and operational excellence. The successful candidate will foster a culture of leadership and innovation while managing the resort's day-to-day business objectives.
The General Manager will be tasked with driving revenue growth, maintaining brand integrity, and ensuring company-wide compliance with legal and regulatory standards. You will serve as the face of the resort, coordinating between departments to deliver a seamless luxury experience for our international clientele.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality management
Proven track record in driving hotel profitability and revenue growth
Strong understanding of international hotel brand standards
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory hospitality requirements
Advanced degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
Ability to mentor and develop senior department heads
Fluent in English and capable of cross-cultural communication
High level of professional integrity and strategic thinking
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
