SAMAKI COMPLEX is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee its daily business operations in Singida. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a diverse team of employees to ensure that the highest standards of customer service are met at all times. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a leadership or management role.
High level of creativity in driving business growth and operational efficiency.
Proficiency in computer use and relevant business software applications.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and leading staff.
Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and motivate a professional team.
