You will work closely with senior chefs to prepare ingredients, maintain kitchen hygiene, and cook basic menu items. Key Requirements
Experience working in a professional kitchen or cafeteria.
Basic culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
Understanding of food health and safety standards (HACCP).
Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions.
Strong organizational skills for mise-en-place preparation.
Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
Good physical stamina to handle kitchen equipment and standing.
Team-oriented mindset to collaborate with other kitchen staff.
Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Certification from a culinary school is preferred.
