Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience as a packing operator in a manufacturing environment
Solid knowledge of production efficiency and international quality control standards
Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict safety protocols and workplace guidelines
Technical proficiency to operate and troubleshoot modern packing machinery
Must be a Tanzanian National as per recruitment policy
Proven ability to work in shifts and under pressure to meet tight production targets
Strong attention to detail for product inspection and packing accuracy
Basic understanding of preventive maintenance for automated packing equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills within a production line environment
