Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience in procurement specifically for civil engineering projects
In-depth knowledge of construction materials and technical specifications
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Proficiency in ERP software and procurement tools
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
