DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER @ SAFARIHQ
SafariHQ is seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Arusha, Tanzania. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of one of East Africa's emerging luxury safari brands through innovative digital initiatives. You will lead the development of brand strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns, and ensure that our wildlife storytelling resonates with a global audience of luxury travelers.
The successful candidate will oversee social media management, content creation, and technical marketing efforts including SEO and paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms. You will work closely with our creative team to coordinate high-impact visuals and copy, ensuring all output aligns with the luxury brand identity of SafariHQ. This is a full-time position based in Arusha, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the digital presence of a premier safari operator.

Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Proven proficiency in managing Social Media platforms and Content Marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and tools.
Hands-on experience with Email Marketing platforms and automation.
Expertise in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong ability to coordinate creative teams and oversee production workflows.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing brand strategies.
A deep passion for luxury travel, wildlife conservation, and storytelling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and report on campaign KPIs.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Arusha, Tanzania.
