FLEET CONTROLLER AND TRACKING OFFICER (4 POSITIONS) @ SAFARI-KUU
Safari-kuu is seeking 4 motivated and detail-oriented internship candidates to join our team as Fleet Controller and Tracking Officers. This full-time internship program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to our fleet management workflows and business documentation processes. Successful interns will have the opportunity to learn industry-standard tracking technologies and will be prioritized for full-time permanent staff positions upon successful completion and outstanding performance during the internship period.
The Fleet Controller and Tracking Officer will be responsible for monitoring our fleet movements in real-time, ensuring adherence to strict route plans, and maintaining company SOPs. The role involves coordinating closely with drivers, operations officers, and customers to ensure the efficient execution of transport operations. Candidates must be prepared to handle operational emergencies, provide timely updates to management, and assist in maintaining the integrity of our GPS and communication equipment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Logistics and Transport Management
Fresh graduate from the 2024 or 2025 cohort
Fluency in both English and Swahili
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High stress resistance and capability for multitasking
Passion for and willingness to learn about the transportation industry
Ability to maintain accurate digital logs and dashboards
Knowledge of HSSE standards and transport regulations
Strong analytical skills for investigating operational deviations
