RETAIL SALES OFFICER @ SAFAL GROUP
Safal Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our sales department. This role is instrumental in driving revenue by handling walk-in, online, and telephone customer enquiries and converting these interactions into successful sales. The successful candidate will focus on solution-based selling and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain Safal Group's reputation for quality. Potential work locations for this position include Bukoba, Singida, and Songea.
The responsibilities involve managing the entire sales lifecycle, from preparing proforma invoices and following up on quotations to coordinating with Customer Service for order processing. Beyond direct sales, the officer will recruit and manage installers, participate in regional trade fairs, and ensure the showroom meets housekeeping standards. We are looking for individuals who can work under pressure, meet strict monthly targets, and ensure compliance with Service Centre Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and listening skills in English and local languages.
Good negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
Willingness to work extended hours when required by the business.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for preparing invoices and reports.
In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in Bukoba, Singida, or Songea.
