INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT / PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT INTERN @ SAFAL GROUP
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Management or Production Management Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The intern will support the production team in optimizing operational workflows, monitoring output quality, and ensuring safety standards are met within the facility. This role is based in Dar es Salaam and offers exposure to real-world industrial processes, helping you bridge the gap between academic theory and practical manufacturing operations. You will be expected to support daily production logs, assist in production planning, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives alongside our senior production staff.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Production Management, or a related field.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and standards.
Ability to analyze production data and draft improvement reports.
Strong physical stamina and ability to work in a plant environment.
Familiarity with quality control processes.
Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
