Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Fluency in English (knowledge of Swahili is an added advantage)
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Experience in managing executive calendars and meeting logistics
