BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – EAST AFRICA @ S3 EDUCATION
S3 Education is a leading player in the international education sector, currently seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to oversee and expand our operations across East Africa. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy, focusing on student recruitment, establishing university partnerships for medical programs, and enhancing our brand presence in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading comprehensive outreach strategies, managing key stakeholder relationships, and executing conversion tactics to ensure student success. You will represent the firm at events, navigate the education landscape in East Africa, and act as a bridge between prospective students and our esteemed university partners. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with hands-on operational management.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales management.
Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships in the education sector.
Strong understanding of the East African education and recruitment landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
Proficiency in developing and implementing outreach and conversion strategies.
Ability to manage budgets and meet ambitious recruitment targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
