We are hiring skilled Technicians (Fitter, Mechanical, and Electric) to join our maintenance and installation team in Dar es Salaam. You will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and performance of elevator and escalator systems across our client sites.
The role involves executing technical installation tasks, troubleshooting mechanical or electrical failures, and performing routine maintenance as per global engineering standards. You must be comfortable working on high-rise building sites and strictly following all safety protocols.

Key Requirements
Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of practical experience as a technician
Proven skills in mechanical fitting, wiring, and electrical troubleshooting
Strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards
Physical capability to work at heights and in varying environments
Strong diagnostic skills for elevator/escalator systems
Fluency in English and Swahili for technical reporting
Ability to follow complex engineering blueprints
Strong team player with an eye for detail
Commitment to maintaining company quality standards
