We are seeking a Safety Quality Officer to oversee the implementation and monitoring of our rigorous workplace safety and quality management systems. You will ensure that every installation and maintenance project in Dar es Salaam adheres to our high-end engineering standards and local/international safety laws.
You will be responsible for conducting safety audits, investigating incidents, and promoting a culture of safety across all our teams.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Engineering
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a safety or quality role
In-depth knowledge of safety standards relevant to the construction industry
Ability to conduct thorough safety inspections and risk assessments
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies (ISO standards)
Excellent reporting and analytical skills
Strong commitment to integrity and safety excellence
Fluency in English and Swahili
Proven ability to train staff on safety protocols
Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation
