Our procurement department is expanding, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials for our lift and elevator installation projects.
Key responsibilities include vendor relationship management, inventory control, and ensuring timely delivery of components to meet our tight project schedules in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and cost optimization strategies.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a procurement role
Ability to manage relationships with international vendors
Strong negotiation skills for cost-effective sourcing
Proficiency in inventory management systems
Excellent analytical and record-keeping skills
Fluency in English and Swahili
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
Strong understanding of international trade and customs procedures
