We are seeking an IT Expert to provide robust technical support and infrastructure management for our rapidly growing operations. You will be responsible for maintaining company network systems, ensuring cybersecurity, and supporting hardware/software requirements across our regional offices.
You will play a crucial role in digitalizing our workflows and ensuring that our engineering teams in Dar es Salaam have seamless access to the tools and data required for high-end elevator commissioning and maintenance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Minimum 2 years of professional IT experience
Proficiency in network security and system troubleshooting
Experience in managing servers and cloud infrastructure
Strong technical documentation skills
Ability to resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and Swahili
Strong commitment to data protection and workplace IT policy
Experience with ERP system maintenance
Willingness to learn specialized engineering software interfaces
