We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional to manage our accounting and financial planning tasks. As we expand our operations as a Class One Specialist Contractor, maintaining accurate financial records is critical to our success.
Your responsibilities will include bookkeeping, financial analysis, tax compliance, and reporting to senior management. You will work within our head office in Dar es Salaam, ensuring that all our fiscal activities support our engineering goals.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of working experience in an accounting role
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally)
Deep understanding of Tanzanian tax laws and financial regulations
Ability to prepare accurate financial statements and reports
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Strong ethics and professional integrity
Fluency in English and Swahili
Ability to work in a high-performing environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
