WELDERS / STEEL FIXERS @ RUTMAS CONSULT (T) CO. LTD
RUTMAS CONSULT (T) CO. LTD is seeking highly skilled Welders and Steel Fixers to join our construction projects across Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry and hold a Trade Test or VETA certificate. This role requires the ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings to ensure precise steel fixing and welding tasks. Candidates must be ready to work in various locations throughout the country, including both the Mainland and Zanzibar, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to project success.

The job involves working closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure all structural work meets safety and quality standards. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in welding or steel fixing.
Possession of a valid Trade Test or VETA Certificate.
Proven ability to read and interpret technical construction drawings.
Willingness and readiness to work anywhere in Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar.
High level of personal discipline and professional responsibility.
Ability to work effectively under direct and indirect supervision.
