Our Leeds office is expanding, and we are looking for a Logistics Recruiter Manager to lead our logistics recruitment desk. This role is perfect for a recruitment professional with deep knowledge of transport, warehousing, and logistics. You will be responsible for client acquisition and managing a team of consultants focused on providing talent for the logistics supply chain.
The position offers a 35k basic salary plus commission. Based in Leeds, you will join a growing business that values industry expertise and high performance. You will be expected to leverage your industry knowledge to provide consultative services to clients and candidates alike.

Key Requirements
Solid recruitment experience specifically within the logistics or transport sector.
Leadership experience or the ability to step into a managerial role.
Demonstrated success in business development and client retention.
Ability to source and vet candidates for specialized logistics roles.
Deep understanding of current logistics market trends and challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage performance through KPIs and team coaching.
Strong networking skills within the transport and distribution industry.
Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using digital recruitment tools and social media for sourcing.
