We are looking for an Industrial Recruiter to join our team in Leeds. This role is centered on sourcing and placing candidates in industrial settings, including warehouses, factories, and construction sites. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure they are met with qualified, reliable personnel.
This role offers a basic salary of 28k – 30k plus commission. It is an ideal position for someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of industrial staffing and wants to build a career in one of the most stable sectors of the recruitment industry in Leeds.

Key Requirements
Previous experience as a recruitment consultant in the industrial sector.
Ability to manage a high volume of candidates and temporary workers.
Strong candidate sourcing skills across various job boards.
Commitment to providing excellent service to clients and workers.
Availability to participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours needs.
Good understanding of compliance and health and safety requirements.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and recruitment.
