We are seeking an experienced Industrial Branch Manager to oversee operations in our Leeds office. The role focuses on the industrial sector, managing both temporary and permanent staffing requirements for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for the branch's profit and loss, team performance, and strategic growth within the region.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary between 45k – 55k plus commission. This is a senior-level position requiring a strategic thinker who can handle the fast-paced nature of industrial recruitment while driving a team toward consistent success in the Leeds area.

Key Requirements
Extensive management experience within an industrial recruitment agency.
Strong background in managing temporary labor and blue-collar staff.
Full understanding of P&L management and budgeting for a branch.
Ability to drive sales and business development initiatives.
Knowledge of industrial health and safety and employment laws.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse recruitment team.
Strategic mindset with the ability to plan for long-term growth.
Strong relationship management skills with major industrial clients.
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
