Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Consultant.
Extensive experience specifically in the commercial permanent recruitment sector.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of recruiters.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding branch revenue targets.
Expertise in strategic planning and market analysis.
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Superior networking and professional relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment regulations.
Ability to train and develop junior recruitment consultants.
High proficiency in CRM management and reporting.
