COMMERCIAL PERM MANAGER @ RUTH MORAN
We are seeking a Commercial Perm Manager to oversee recruitment operations within the Leeds area. The role involves managing a team of consultants, setting strategic goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality permanent staffing solutions to a wide range of commercial clients. You will be responsible for P&L management, team development, and driving the overall growth of the commercial division through effective leadership and market analysis. The role offers a salary of 30 -35k plus 15% commission. This is a management-level position suitable for a recruitment professional with a strong track record in the commercial sector and a desire to lead a successful team. Key Requirements
Previous experience in a recruitment management role
Strong knowledge of the commercial recruitment sector
Proven ability to lead and motivate a recruitment team
Experience in P&L and budget management
