Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Education, School Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an educational leadership or administrative position.
Deep understanding of curriculum development and pedagogical practices.
Proven ability to manage school operations and administrative budgets.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Demonstrated commitment to student development and educational excellence.
Proficiency in educational software and digital reporting tools.
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Relevant teaching certification or school leadership license.
