DIGITAL MARKETING & GROWTH LEAD @ RUSHTREK TOURS
RUSHTREK Tours is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Growth Lead to spearhead our online presence and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing content across various social media platforms, and engaging with our customer base to enhance brand loyalty. This role involves overseeing the creation of marketing materials, including graphics and videos, while ensuring all digital systems and website updates are seamlessly integrated to support our evolving business needs. In addition to day-to-day digital management, the Digital Marketing & Growth Lead will focus on optimizing Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms and coordinating strategic partnerships, such as FAM trips and business development initiatives. The role requires a data-driven approach, involving the execution of paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, followed by rigorous performance tracking and analysis. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within the tourism industry.
Proven experience managing and optimizing Online travel agency (OTA) platforms.
Demonstrated experience running digital campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO/SEM, and web analytics tools.
Basic proficiency in website management and graphic design skills.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to create and oversee marketing content including graphics, videos, and copy.
Experience in assisting with partnerships, FAM trips, and business development.
Ability to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
