MARKETING MANAGER (1 POSITION) @ RUSBI GROUP
Rusbi Group is expanding its reach in Northern Nigeria and is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead promotional activities for our flagship fertilizer brand in Kaduna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing initiatives that align with our business goals, focusing on increasing market share and brand visibility within the agricultural sector. You will oversee regional campaigns and work closely with distribution networks to ensure our products are the preferred choice for farmers.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the agricultural sector.
Strong knowledge of the agricultural landscape and market dynamics in Northern Nigeria.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful regional marketing strategies.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and motivating diverse teams.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media management, and CRM software.
