FLEET ASSISTANT (2 POSITIONS) @ RUDY MICHAELA
Rudy Michaela is currently seeking 2 proactive Fleet Assistants to join our expanding logistics team in Dar es Salaam. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day fleet operations, monitoring vehicle movements, tracking maintenance schedules, and coordinating with drivers to ensure smooth transport workflows across the city. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining our service standards and operational efficiency. Salary Range: TSh 400,000 – 600,000 / month (based on experience).
Key Requirements
Prior experience in logistics, transport, or fleet management is an added advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with Dar es Salaam routes and logistics networks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for record keeping
Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills for handling transport issues
Good interpersonal skills for driver management
Understanding of road safety regulations and compliance
Attention to detail for maintenance and fuel logs
Ability to multitask and coordinate several drivers simultaneously
